This blog is a gift for my wife chronicling my thoughts and emotions about our first childs imminent arrival, and will be my gift to her upon our babies birth. It is my way of keeping the stress of the situation that I feel from her while still being able to communicate it to her, just at a later date.

I watched Ellen every day when I was in the hospital, then on maternity leave with our last little clown, Buddy. She's a real hoot, and never failed to make me smile, even when I was "under lockdown" (some call it bed rest) in Park Ridge at Luthern General. (Not the best time of that pregnancy...)
