This blog is a gift for my wife chronicling my thoughts and emotions about our first childs imminent arrival, and will be my gift to her upon our babies birth. It is my way of keeping the stress of the situation that I feel from her while still being able to communicate it to her, just at a later date.
He is Beautiful. Of course me a mom of four tens to be partial to babies.

As far as 9.5lbs, I defeinately know the feeling,, my youngest was 9.3lbs at birth.
Oh, what a gorgeous child! I want to know everything. Does he sleep through the night? How often does he get hungry? What calms him down? I am a baby nut.

He came out looking a bit like a boxer. Squished nose swollen side of face and crumpled ear. :) All features are returing to a normal now. :)
